I would like to start my own RP thread. But I want to see what everyone is into before I make my final decision. I have a basis idea of the story or direction I want it to go, all I need is suggestions on what types of characters (human, undead, furry, etc.) , powers (shapeshifting, elemental, etc.) and other things like that.
I was thinking along the lines of vampires and werewolves. Specifically related to the creatures of the Dark-Hunter Series. But those books are not mainstream. Not many know about them.
I do not like the stories that take place at schools very much. Like Vampire Knight.
Any mythology is a good basis but over used sometimes.
Any and all suggestions will be welcome. I want to be as original as possible.

you should make a roleplay. that lets people be any creature they want. like let them make their own and stuff. and find a way to join in. People like that kind of stuff.

Harukos_Whisper40 you should make a roleplay. that lets people be any creature they want. like let them make their own and stuff. and find a way to join in. People like that kind of stuff.

Yes, but too strict of a structure also brings dying. You should be lenient, but firm about it. Honestly, I haven't RP'ed in years, so I won't be too much help. lol. Win up to 350k.

It wont be that bad. Its not like I'm forcing it to read out like a book or anything. I guess I'm not clearly getting that point across. :/

Hmmm... A general idea would be helpful, and vampires seems to be the 'in' thing.
The most fun thing in the world is creating your own types of a species that has already been created.
So basically, make it something unique.
If you need help with that, I'm a writer, and have wrote MILLIONS of stories about vampires. Just ask me for some ideas if this is the way you want to go.
By the way, this sounds really funn.

make a structure. but let people make their own characters. a story line is good. Something strange.

Yes, that's good. But what would be more interesting? A modern world, a futuristic or post-apocalyptic world? And there is the rather overused school scene.

I kinda like the plot lines. where its kind of futuristic. there is a bunch of new rules in the future and stuff. but i was just saying that is a fun plot line. not my choice though.
(if I was to join the roleplay. I would be a vampire of course. just like usual.)
