Fuschia Village (Translated as "Windmill Village" due to the windmill in the village) is the village where the story of One Piece first takes place. According to the Colorwalk 1 East Blue map, it suppose to be located on the Red Line on the north of East Blue.

This village has a mountain in the back and the ocean in the front and it's a very sleepy village. There is not much feature to display here. The town appears to be rather unknown, thus the townsfolks are thrilled and proud that their town might be known for producing a infamous pirate. They are led by Mayor Woop Slap who usually is against most ideas presented by the other townsfolk on pirates.

The town also has a local Sea Monster called Lord of the Coast. However he is not as big as some of the Sea Monsters in the One Piece world and there is no indications he is as big of a problem as others of his kind may create.
