Like all the zOMG powerups, you can't vend them anymore. They're all soulbound. At the time you buy one from the shops you can give it as a gift, but if you don't give it then, it's yours to keep. They have some pitiful sellback value.
The only way they can be sold these days is if you have a zOMG Action Pack 1 or 2 and you haven't opened it. Only the whole pack can be sold.

So buying one for 30,000g and attempting to sell it is a bad idea?
