The Third Division, also called Squad Three by some, is one of the Gotei 13, headed by Captain Zique.
Insignia
The Insignia for the Third Division is the Marigold. Its meaning is Despair. That is the Third Division's pride. It represents, in essence, our world's view. War is not heroic. War is not exhilarating. War is full of despair. It is dark. Dreadful. Ghastly. It is a thing of sorrow and gloom. That is why people fear war. That is why people choose to avoid it.
Fundamental Laws
- Follow both the Gaia ToS and guild rules.
- All squad profiles should be updated frequently.
- Only third seat until tenth seat are able to train for shikai.
- Only captains and lieutenants are able to achieve bankai. No exceptions. It might be obtainable by third seats on a later date.
- You NEED the captain's permission before you start training for bankai. If I say no, it's no.
- If an unseated member wishes to be promoted, s/he shall go through three training sessions under the captain or lieutenant.
- If you want to be promoted to a higher rank, you'd have to fight the one before you. If the seat is vacant then you have to ask the captain.
- If you wish to become seated as vice, yet there is a current vice, you have to get to 3rd seat first then challenge her/him to a spar. The winner will be decided based on RP skill, fighting techniques, etc. A poll will also be posted after the match to see who the rest of the squad wants as their new vice.
- If the lieutenant is inactive for more than a week without giving notice, s/he shall be demoted.
- If the rest of the members are inactive for one week without sending me a PM, s/he shall be demoted/banned [depending on your rank].
- The captain has every right to demote you or kick you out if you are annoying.
- You are NOT allowed to post OOC posts in the division threads, except the OOC thread. However, you are still allowed to include OOC notes in RP posts. Those who break this rule will have their post deleted and will be demoted/kicked out of the division.

Special Duties

No special duties have been given to squad three as of late. The Third Division, however, is known as the "Attribute Enhancer" squad. The squad members each have their own field of expertise and specialize in at least one field. Two at most. From defense to endurance, strength to speed, evasion to agility. That's what makes the third division unique. The squad is also great when it comes to fighting as a team, seeing as each one has a different specialty.
