A birthday pic for a friend. (It's in 3 days)

I mostly need help with the black haired guy's legs. His torso in general. I can't get the perspective right no matter what I do >____<

I'm still at the point where I can correct most of the anatomy errors, so if you want to critique, go ahead! Help me draw a good picture for my friend ^^;

I'm not one hundred percent sure on this but oh well. I tried putting boxes to help me understand the angle. From what you drew, it looks like he's leaning his lower half to the right (left?).

From my boxes, I, also, see that the head is a little small or maybe, a little lower than it should be. I could be wrong, though. :-
