when can i pay the game roll the dice?

if u mean putting up the dice is click on post action scrolling down to "Roll Dice" and a selection will pop up click on "Select Dice" which u can scroll down to a certain amount of sided dice then u can put up a number of dice in the "Number of dice:" box then post
Ex: 10 sided, 10 to 100
