When your posting a new topic just scroll down a bit past the message box. Under that are two smaller fields. One says "Poll Question" that's where you type the part that stays the same. The next says "add" that will be your first option. After you fill those 2 out you can click the blue "add option" button to the right to add another box for another option or you can hit submit. You can add up to 10 options. You can usually just ignore that "length" box.
If you forget to add a poll you can click the edit button under your first post and then it will let you add one.
