My, you do have freakishly long arms. but not to worry, that can easily be adapted to Steampunk! Just think of the Wheelers:

A few modifications to fit the look into Victorian style, and I think attaching wheels to the end of your gargantuan arms would give you quite a unique steampunk look. think about it.

your gratuitously lengthed appendages will really help maintain balance. you've got an edge there, my friend. make everyone jealous.

Remember, that steampunk is from the Industrial Revolution of America to WWI/II...I'm sure soldier were cutting their hair...
