How did you first find out about Gaia? Any funny stories related to your first few days? Do you remeber what your first avi looked like? For me, I joined because Athin (creator of the very popular "Dance Party" thread), made a thread and really really really wanted me to join.  [I'm not a bad person...]♠ Pfft, back then, I thought your outfit looked pretty pimp. xd I came to Gaia because you and Saku-dono asked me to join... those were the days, huh? Funny stories? I bet I have a few... but not many come to mind at the moment. Anyways, it IS worth noting that for the longest time, I thought Barton Boutique was the only shop in all of Gaia, so all my clothes came from there, except for the monocle, which was donated to me. xp Anyways, the VERY first outfit I had was this one:  Yeah, I know, I was a looker. talk2hand  ♠ [...I just have bad luck.]

An RP friend, who I don't think is even on anymore asked my sister and I to join. This was my first avatar:  Then my little sister called me a slut so I changed it to this:  That was November 2003 :3 I didn't figure out the whole Donation item thing until Feb, alas!

Actually, my first avatar was male. XD And I came for RP, though that has declined sharply since, alas. My first avatar looked like this:  and then I got annoyed because there was more clothing for girls so I changed the gender. XD Still in the market for good RP, though. :/

I first started back in 04 I think...bad memory. sweatdrop
Anyway, my best friend was into it and she got me into it. I remember I called her every day just to ask her a ton of questions about it until she got annoyed and would no longer pick up. I have been here since then. I also can admit that I was a total noob back then. I didn't beg for gold, but I always wandered into literate threads and poisoned them with my l33t speak. Needles to say, I got screamed at and I was so upset that I stopped coming on (hey i was a sensitive kid). Then I found my way back in 06. biggrin

I found out about Gaia because my friend kept bugging me to get one. xD I finally gave in and I gave up for two months and came back. Not really any memorable stories, I had trouble finding where to comment because I had no idea how to do it. d: I thought the 2007 Gaia prom dress was so expensive, I never got it actually. Hm, originally my friend referred me to Gaia because he wanted the extra gold you get when you bring someone in. I left it alone for a while and went on and off during the years. It's only this past year-ish that I got back into it again.  lol, I had some unusually bright hair back then x3 well, orange is still bright, but not as eye-killing ^ w^

I first found out about GaiaOnline when a friend dragged me here. Friend: SO I HERD U LIEK ANIMES Me: Oh hells yes I like anime! Why are you talking like that? O.o No my intrest in anime is not as good, seeing as Naruto lowered the expectations for anime. V.V" But none the less, I am addicted!  Yes...I know its bad... Goth phase was a very bad phase. I've been here quite a while. '06 I believe.

I got here by an add I found while role playing. I was so happy to find a site that was so anime oriented that I finally decided to join. Then I had to be on the site in secret for a while, because my parents didn't want me on the site.

Well my friend showed me this website, but at first I wasn't that too interested. I hadn't joined it until a couple months later though. After spending sometime on it, I really started liking Gaia.
I don't remember my first avi though.

i join last year on Gaia because of my friend and i really did nothing speical i would just go on once a day and check the daily chances. When zOMG came out that when i started getting more involved and started to actualyl buy stuff save gold and meet great people My first avi  this was a sexy avi XDDDDD
