Cold, calculative, blunt, stern, merciless.
History:
Not much is known about Zephal. His life had been filled with that of harsh discipline and conditioning. He was crafted into a mighty warrior, comparable to none. Unbeknown st to those of others, his development was cut short. He had become a mighty warrior indeed, but not the warrior his ‘Master’ had wished for him to be. To honor his previous teacher, he strives to become the Warrior he was meant to be. Overtime, he developed more then just the ability to fight: he became a leader. Ruthless, hard, cold, showing no mercy to any who stood in his way. The previous Winter King saw this as a threat, and ordered for his execution. Zephal, however, would not stand for such weakness: he killed the Winter King shortly after. He proclaimed his leadership over the Winter Fae, ruling over them with an iron fist. His first act was freezing over the land around them, making the Winter Fae and perfect land of ice and snow. The King had displayed his power, the King had shown that he was the only one able to take up the throne.
Abilities:
The complete control of Ice and temperature. It has been said that The Winter King is able to create a Blizzard. After such a feat, even the King would be drained of all power and would have to flee from any battle. Whether or not this ability is a rumor or not, any who face him will find out soon enough.
Flaws & Weaknesses:
Any extreme amount of heat renders him weak. He cannot stand to be anywhere near fire or any form of heat. Therefore, the season of summer is a tense time for him.
Whenever he uses his ability to drop the temperature of any form or object, his reaction time drops drastically.

A b*****d Sword lined with a thin layer of ice.

Un-courted Faeries. He frowns upon their existence, as well as mortal beings. And of course, the Summer Court.

He has yet to meet anyone who can muster any type of love within him. The one that is close, possibly, is his Queen.
