 Kaida was a very...random lioness at this moment in time. Having gotten tired of constantly swimming, and wondering why her sister had wanted to live on land and wondering what was so cool about that, had finally driven her to exploring the dirtside world herself. To her, the discoveries she'd made were wonderous and mysterious at the same time: how the wind could feel like a water current - there but still unseen, moving objects like flower petals and lion's manes as if she were still underwater. She once spent a whole day watching a colony of ants working, and the next trying to pounce on a bouncing bug...whom she discovered was an aply named stinkbug the hard way.
Today, however, she'd gone for a morning's swim before settling in the grass and watching the flowers blow in the breeze by her nose. She found it so relazing and mesmerizing that she was soon sound asleep...

 Tantalos gave a yawn, strolling out of the cave he stayed in. He was going to take a nice mornind swim, and then nap in the sun all day. Then maybe he'd got visit his sister. He hadn't chatted with her in a long while.
He was alot like his father, his mother had said once. He loved to have fun, and tended to be a tad be loud. But then, he was like his mother too. He wasn't nearly as insane as his father was. So that ment his mother had a biggger part in his personality.
With a war cry, he charged off the rock out cropping, and dove strait into the water.

It was the war cry and resulting splash (some of it landing on her) that awoke Kaida and made her leap to her paws in surprise. Confused, she looked around before realizing it must have come from the bright purple and orange lion in the pool that she'd so recently vacated. Laying on the bank, she watched him with a big grin, before saying as he surfaced finally, "And here I thought I was alone...Good morning! Hope you don't mind having company."
