Zanpakuto: Toravati -a normal looking blade with a nickle coating on the blade itself. The hilt is horse leather and solid steel.
Personality: Jutaku is one that doesn't care if he dies. He will only interact with people if they interact with him first. He will talk to girls and will hope to be lucky enough to get a date with them but besides that he is normal.

Physical Appearance: Athletic and has muscles a little bigger then normal. He is nothing like the body builders.

History: Jutaku just joined up to be a shimigami. He decided to join after his parents were killed in a fight at a local bar. Jutaku loved to fight. Since his parents died he could only protect his little sister. Though he tried to protect her, she was kidnapped at age 6 and he died in the process. He lost everything, his parents, his life and his sister. He made his way to the soul society after almost becoming a hollow. Since that day he made his way to the soul society he joined the acedemy and became a soul reaper. In the acedemy he made alot of new friends but more bitter rivals. While in the acedemy he saw the captain of squad 11 fight. Since that day he wanted to be in that man's squad and one day fight him.
~Techniques~

~Zanpakuto~
Spirit - Travati looks like a red and gold tiger. He stands five feet from the ground to the top of his shoulders.
Sealed - A 4' long blade with a black hilt.
Shikai - "Go absolute zero Travati" The manipulation of ice, the blade is constantly at absolute zero it will freeze objects on contact and if it pierces the target it will instantly begin freezing's their cells until the blade is removed, even after the blade is withdrawn from their body the ice will spreed in them and eventually kill them if they don't find a way to stop it. Being near the blade will cause an icing of the outer layer of skin and if they remain in close proximity to the blade it will freeze them in roughly 5 minutes, (30 posts of battle) to the point where the muscles are frozen and locked.
Bankai- He will raise his sword to the sky as he calls bankai, it will fire a teal riatsu up that will strike the sky and create clouds from them Ice will fall in small drops at first. Then it will continually get harder 2 minutes under this attack and you will be completely frozen (10 posts) his blade remains under his shikai effects as he fights.

lets work on your shikai, K? Freezing instantly is good but unless you meen paralyzing freezing cells is lethal. And you wouldn't be able to freeze anything likely what would happen is the following.

Also if you want to be in the 11th div which is am pretty much the only active member then you should be combat oriented. Not kido based so I recommend to switching to something like the following.
Sealed: The blade is black hilt with a 4' blade, a very standard looking Zanpakutou.
Shikai: The hilt grows a few inches and the blade explodes in golden light as it shifts and grows to be 5' long. The blade is heavy and strong and is made for combat. Its main power is the ability to explode on contact with the command "EXPLOSION!" The more Riatsu put into it the bigger the blast. (Up to 30 meter radius blast dose not hurt user B rank) The user can and will be damaged by larger blasts (31 meters and up) will cause varying damage depending on how large the blast is.
