that's the thing all the ones i've seen on ebay are all from hong kong so it has crazy shipping

The only ones you'll find that aren't from Hong Kong will be from China or Japan [and cost about the same] or the UK [and cost several hundred dollars]. Your best bet is going with the Little Chili Lolita Shop or REFUSE TO BE USUAL on eBay. You won't find them any cheaper than those two, I'm afraid to say. Double Decker's are a higher quality and ship from Japan, but even more expensive.
