This isn't an Rp. This is a thread for you to put down what your Favourite fantasy or Mythological creature is and why. IF it's a less known creature put down somehting about them so we know what they are. So go for it. depending on what comes out, I could maybe find a way of working into an RP. only time will tell.

My Favourtite creatures are easily Dragons, Mostly because they're basicly awesome. They fly, breath fire, have scales and go around stealing shiny stuff and hot princesses, what's not to like?

Ah there are so many to pick from. It's been my hobby for a long time to collect books and movies and so on about mythical creatures so I don't know if I could ever pick just one.
Dragons are indeed awesome, and they have one of the richest histories of any mythical beast in the world. Cultures as far away and different as China, Great Britain and South America as well as many others all have dragon myths and all derived them on their own.
I'll make a list, as short as I can, but I have so very many that are dear to my heart smile In no particular order...
1. Dryads
2. Lizardfolk
3. Zombies! (not sure if they're mystical but close enough)
4. Werewolves
5. Sea Monsters of all kinds

I like the symbolism of the Griffin and the regenerative abilities of the Hydra.

(looks up in thought) favorite mythical creature eh? My first pick is definitely the phoenix, second would be elves, third is Tatterdemalions (ghost-like creatures made up of the memories of dead or lost children) and fourth would be angels, I think, do they count?
