For once in a blue moon it was what one would consider a completely normal outing. There were no odd creatures or crazy old women strapped forevermore into wheelchairs out to eat small children. Rather, it was a warm, sunny day in the park and Donna had brought her child forth to socialize with the more stable residents upon her family's plea to not scar her child mentally. Complying, she now watched her son wander into the playground's boundaries, emerald eyes anxiously seeking like company to interact with. Occasionally he would glance back towards his mother only to be urged further on until he had managed to happen upon the swing set and ended his journey and plopped down and slowly began rocking it back and forth as he watched the other children play with one another.

Remi giggled hysterically running ahead of Ama already eying out the swing set. "Imma go fly Momma" she grinned running over to the swing next to Tristan. "Can I fly here?" she asked her crystal blue eyes watching him swing back and forth.
Ama nodded at Remi and found a spot along the benches farther from some of the worry-wart mothers. She pulled a book out knowing Remi would call for her if needed.

The boy watched as the girl happily bounded towards the set, stopping to address him. To answer her query he nodded, a smile playing upon his features. However, he had a question of his own and inclined his head slightly. "What do ya mean by "fly"?"

Remi pulled herself up on to the swing kicking her legs "you know, fly. High up with the birds" she pointed to a bird hanging out on the upper bar. "I wish I could go higher though" she pouted.

Tristan shrugged, eyes turning skyward as he vocalized his reasoning. "Well, if you went too much higher it would be dangerous and you'd might fall and break something. I'd rather be here on the ground with people I like than some random bird..." He paused for a moment, falling quiet as he begun to mimic her movement and begin propelling the swing forward a little.

Remi blinked at him. "Dangerous? What do you mean. Momma's there and she'll catch me before I ever hit the ground!" she giggled swinging higher. "Plus, the birds can't kidnap you, they're too small unlike the big scary men." her eyes still giggled at him though she pinched her pink lips together.
