And I gotta say, I'm a pretty adamant skeptic, but some of these ghost stories, photos and stories are pretty convincing! I even had a weird phantom experience this Easter!
So, anyone here believe in ghosts? I'm still thinking this paranormal mumbo jumbo is pretty far fetched, but...
Anyone have any stories? I mean of the "Encounter" persuasion, not campfire junk.

Don't you mean parascience? I think parapsychology involves telepathy, telekinesis, and clairvoyance and all that whatnot. A lot of it is really out there. I like to listen to Coast to Coast AM sometimes to listen to all the UFO-whackjobs call in about seeing shadow-people in their bathrooms, and how they thing their neighbor is one of the lizard people from the Draco constellation. That always gives me a good laugh. rofl
But yeah, I guess I believe in ghosts and definitely in reincarnation. My Mom is very sensitive to ghosts/spirits/whateveryouwanttocallthem, and she's had a lot of experiences. When my Dad first set up his equipment in the basement of our house, he was afraid that his experiments might attract the attention of something, not a spirit but something interdimensional. I can't blame him for thinking that.
I wanna hear your Easter story, Veggie. :]
As far as my own encounters with anything, I remember when I was a little kid, I thought I saw a leprechaun standing menacingly at the end of the driveway once, and then next day I found this weird glass prism with a clover leaf inside it on the porch. O__O I still have the thing. Makes a good paperweight.
Also, in my house every now and then when I'm walking down the hallway I see out of the corner of my eye this bright white animal dart in front of my feet, and sometimes it makes me trip because it startles me and I try not to step on it. XP No idea what it is. It happens so quickly, and the only parts I've seen are it's big pointy ears and a long bushy tail like a fox's. It strikes me as being some kind of small dog, but I really don't know. All I know is that it's not "alive". Maybe I'm just crazy, though.

That stuff creeps me out. After I watch like Ghost Hunters I can't be in a dark room and start sprinting around my house.
I'm a big baby.

Percival! That Leprechaun story sounds awesome! He gave you a gift! Maybe he wants you to add him to your friend's list! xd How tall was he? And was he a kinda gnarly looking thing, like in those crappy horror movies? Oh and Percival, you just might get a laugh out of this. "Leprechauns In Alabama"

And my Easter story was such:
We were having a reeeally lazy Sunday that afternoon, I was looming over my brother's shoulder as he was playing Warcraft 3.
I got bored and I took a look out the window. You know what I see? I swear to goodness, it was a man who looked nearly exactly like my Grandfather! His height, his hair, and the black and white clothing he would have worn back when he was alive! I was so freaked!
I turn to my brother and say, "Patrick, take a look out the window. Do you see that guy over there?"
"I don't see anyone" He said. Oh, he must have made his way around the bend, or something.
I just sorta disregard it.
My friend Elias comes over. We exchange the usual pleasantries, we bro-hug, we crack jokes, he raids the fridge. Then he says something interesting;
"Hey, Pete, on my way here, I could have sworn I saw a guy who looked exactly like Ray! (My grandfather's name). I told him what I had seen. We both just stand there in the kitchen wide-eyed.
And now that I recall, it was a really sunny day, and I didn't see that man cast a shadow...
Man, I really miss my Grandpa. confused
