Mine is corrupted. It has been for awhile, actually, but it's only just started to annoy me. I'm playing Left 4 Dead and it just keeps stopping the game to tell me an error occurred and I can't receive achievements. Yes, I can still play, but that just makes me mad... especially when I'm killing the horde and suddenly everything stops to tell me that.
I don't have Xbox live, if that makes a difference.
If you could help me, I'd appreciate it for just about ever! heart

Make a new tag? Idk, my guess would be to email microsoft and see if they can give you a solution.
