I also had to flip, smudge, cut and paste, all of which are retardedly hard on anything but paint.

1) Screen capture 2) Paste in picture editing program, i.e. Paint, Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, etc. 3) Crop desired panel.
It's how I did mine. Took about 10 minutes.

I also had to flip a bunch of s**t around, multiple times. Look at the original comic that it came from. You will see that it actually took some effort to get it this way.
