So, now that it's Summer (meaning school's out) my lazy side is slowly crawling over and smothering my efficient side....
This means I need lists of things to keep me on track whee
And when I accomplish those things, I like to tell people about it so I can feel important whee It's silly, I know, but being proud of things helps me get stuff done xd
Another quirk: I often also title my lists "List of Future Accomplishments" ... it makes it sound so much less like a chore... xd
So post the things you have to do here, if you feel like it, and post what you've accomplished lately whee So we can all be impressed and you can be proud 3nodding

Well, pretty much all I did today was go grocery shopping... Which was a hefty task, because I haven't been able to buy groceries for about three weeks and I spent $270 on a huge cartfull of groceries... I also hooked up my minifridge to help fit all the groceries xd

xD I love "List of Future Accomplishments" I'll have to use that.
I have a small dry erase board that I write stuff down. I'm very easily distracted and totally forget stuff I want to do. Lists seem to be the only thing that keep me on track.
I've been very bad and have not been using my board, I'm going to bring it up and write some stuff on it.

I used to keep a simple .txt file on my desktop. Not so much anymore. Been too busy, which is odd because you think a list would keep things more organized.
My to-do's are mostly projects that bounce around the back of my head.

Well, I haven't done anything too amazing this spring/summer. But I moved this winter and that opened up some opportunities.
I've been using my reusable bags. I had them at the old place too, but I would always forget them. Then the store at our new house had $1 coupons when you brought your bag, so that really helped me get into the habit of bringing them every time.
I upgraded my compost bin. My old place was small, so I just had two buckets. Now I have three garbage cans in the basement and a bucket under the sink.
A local grocery store gives away all the food that expires that day and would otherwise be thrown away. And it's for everyone, not just low income people. So I've been going to that. It's mostly vegetables, so whatever I don't eat I can usually give to the rabbits and guinea pig. They even gave tomato plants at the last one, but they're not looking so good now. sad
We have an outside faucet that drips a little. I put a bucket under it to catch the drips and some rain water, then I wash the animal cages and litter box with that.
