biggrin I now work at a coffee shop in an athletic club. The perks of course are awesome, and I thought I would share my favorite smoothie recipes with you.

3. Blueberries, banana and peaches. Add 8oz of milk, protein powder and some vitamin powder.
2. Peaches, blueberries and raspberries. Add 4oz of OJ and 4oz of milk and some protein powder.
1. Mango, peaches and raspberries for the fruit. Add 8oz of AJ and some protein powder for a super delicious blend!

yum i love smoothies.

mango + pineapple + soymilk
papaya + soymilk + honey
Banana + milk + cinnamon (maybe add in some nut butter to make it really yummy, but just a little bit)

I usually work around some variation of these three recipes.

Usually I just dump a bit of all the fruit I have in the blender. It comes out great!

I usually base my smoothies on bananas and yogurt and just add other things from there. I have used soy milk, also.

Same here...we're PB and banana fanatics so as soon as the bananas start to go icky we throw them in the blender with whatever else we have and it's pretty much no-fail.

I just tried this interesting one I found online the other day

1-2 handfuls of spinach
2 frozen bananas ( but non-frozen work too)
1 tbsp of coconut oil
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of vanilla extract

I tried this minus the vanilla extract and its fantastic. You don't really taste the spinach but that isn't a big deal for me anyways.
