Hey everyone! I'm cleaning out my DVD stuff...and I just tossed this on ebay. ( auction number #220431769547)

Just thought I'd give everyone a heads up on it. S'apretty good DVD, I just dont have time for it, and I'm already famillary with the drills....and I'm not so into yoga. lol

I bought it on sale at Borders a few weeks ago. Agreed, it is a good video. I also happen to like doing yoga.

I think I paid almost 30 bucks for it at the time....kinda a waste since I've only watched it maybe 3 times.

I dunno...I'm just not a yoga fan? Maybe when I slim down more I might be more of a fan...some of those positions you just cant do with a belly...Like the move where you stand strait then bend over and grab your ankles...yea...that just doesnt work with a gutt.

Tell me about it. I love Yoga, but I loved it a lot more 40 lbs ago.

you may not be a yoga fan, but it does help with dance.

i have the dvd, and its great. even if i know all the drills, its nice to have some to model after

Agreed. It's still not as nice as having a class to go to, but it works.
