haha thanks guys but I've been struggling with this same problem since I started. Last night was a wreck, I was trying so hard to just reply in the, "Diss the rapper above," thread and change what topic I use.
I hope you two are right, because doing this is actually fun. As for progress it'll be difficult to see, but for now I need another break.

Be glad you didn't join when I did. When I joined, being a newbie was irritating because you had the designated "good" people who'd dickride each other, be overly critical to people still trying to learn, and have a BIG problem if anybody voted for someone they thought was inferior to them. Dude's would think they're verses were so dope against anybody new, that the voter who voted against him was automatically dickriding or only voting to spite someone. Beef would start, and it'd get really gay. Many new people didn't stick around because of the attitude of the regulars. I only stuck around because I was stubborn and determined to get better than everyone who had talked s**t to me. Now that I look back on what was considered "good" for them back then, and comparing it to my mediocre verses, I already know who I ended up better than.

Well I'm glad I wasn't around then. Since I joined nobody has been like that. Everybody around here is pretty friendly and I haven't seen any d**k-riding.

haha yeah, after hearing all this I plan to defeat everyone I've lost to, but not now. Maybe when I improve noticeably

Man. I've been gone for a while, but it's good to see a face from the old days here. I have to give it to Lucy on construction and all around skill. But, I have to say, I think he's lost a bit of his fire. Maybe he just doesn't have the same stone to sharpen his blade on though, now that Mak's gone.
