I've been wanting the Sims 3 foreverrr & I finally got it today because my boyfriend didn't want his & he was trying to give it away for free.
I was so excited. I have a Mac so I didn't think I'd everr be able to play a computer game on here & I found out it was for PC AND Mac and I go so excited.
So anyways, I tried putting it in to my CD drive & it got stuck. D: Then I had to eventually wedge it out with scissors. good thing it came out it good condition.
sweatdrop
b-but now i'm so upset. i finally thought that i had a distraction from my finals besides for Gaia. :,<

Aww... That certainly sucks. I personally can't stand the Sims, but that still sucks...

.... yes, Pyro.
because obviously after having to wedge it out of the CD drive with scissors, I'm obviously going to try it again.

Hmm well that doesn't sound good... Looks like you might need to go get your Mac fixed if the CD drive is busted D:
And a game that works on Macs too? Surprising! I mostly stick to PC cause of games (and I've used Windows my whole life pretty much)

Hmm maybe you should just buy an external disk drive for it then which would then plug in via USB

@ Encarton; that's actually a good idea. i'm not going to go buy an external disk drive, but i think i still have one from when I melted my desktop.
@Hanteeru; I think it's been 3-4 years. & just to my luck, warranty has run out. of coursee.

Yeah I'd go with the external drive idea. I hope you can play soon. Nothing is more frustrating than getting a game you can't play.
