What happens to the people who don't post or haven't posted yet and they have been members for a while?

They will be warned and if they still don't post or change to vampire, the councils will hold a session concerning them. We will decide to ban or give more time.

Staking posts is ok. Items that cover your vampire skin, fangs, and that like is ok too. If at any point you see a vampire in town, Zomg, slots, cards, or what ever game you're in, please feel free to tell them about this guild. Or you may have them metion you in the request to join. I don't mind what you do as long as the word gets out.
