Update: It's turning into a calorie filled week. Poutine for lunch, as well some left over hamburger helper and supper was pasta drowned in cheese. The poutine was totally worth it, but then I go home and my mom always cooks something loaded with fat so it's a double wamy. (If you live outside Quebec and THINK you've tasted poutine, well you're wrong! Everyone should taste a real poutine once in their life. It's magically delicious xd mmmm, and beaver tails, which is deep fried dough with your choice of toppings. I like the cinnamon, and the garlic butter and cheese *drools*)
So Friday night I had cheeseburgers and chips. Then Saturday I found out my ex has got a new girl already. So I lost my appetite completely. I had a banana for breakfast and microwave dish for lunch. Then went to beerfest and had about 9 4-8 oz beers. Got home late and drunk, so just snacked on some crackers (organic whole wheat) then this morning I had some whole wheat blueberry egos. By lunch I decided to have a cheese pizza as comfort food. Then for supper I made hamburger helper cause I figure I could have left overs for lunch tomorrow. Well now I'm full and don't feel any better, just feel guilty and depressed.
I think my biggest problem is the more weight I lose the more confident I feel and feel like I can get away with having a tasty pizza or something of the like. But it has happened that just one weekend of poor eating like this one puts me back a couple pounds and then I feel like I have to work twice as hard to get myself back.

This has been my battle, since getting under 200 lb, it's been kind of 'oh, I can eat this movie popcorn', and 'oh, I can eat special cookies and drink all night long' and all sorts of stuff, I've been losing the same four pounds for three weeks almost.

Seraphsody This has been my battle, since getting under 200 lb, it's been kind of 'oh, I can eat this movie popcorn', and 'oh, I can eat special cookies and drink all night long' and all sorts of stuff, I've been losing the same four pounds for three weeks almost. hehe, ya, plus I'm working as a bike patroller all summer. So I tend to think as I'm active all day I can justify eating pizza and such on the weekends at least. But I'm not THAT active...Like we do 15km/hr most of the day, and we spend half the day sitting in parks. Plus the kind of pizza I had was not healthy. lots of saturated fats and regular crust. I think I'm gona go back to making my own with whole wheat pitta bread.

Comfort foods = SO awesome but makes you feel so guilty/bad for eating them afterwards. >___<;; I celebrated with a truckload of cheesy greasy pasta today for having lost approx. 8 lbs and I'll be expecting the dmg. to show up in the next few days. T.T Junk food = such a bad way to celebrate diet successes, but no other reward is that appeasing right now...
BEAVER TAILS SOUND AWESOME.
Garlic butter and cheese... mmm... ahhh... O___O
