I use colors that are bright and funky as well as some tone-down earthly colors. Patterns and funky lines are all hand drawn and I tend to stick to the loopy-loopy swirly type. Will do line edits, just not something super complex like a mecha-arm or leg or something like that.

Other: Sorry there isn't a lot of direction. I'd like the coloring to be based off of Amatheon from the Merry Gentry books, but there are no pictures or in depth descriptions of him. "Amatheon’s hair, in its tight coppery red French braids, left his face bare, but nothing could leave it unadorned, for his eyes were layered petals of red, blue, yellow, and green, like some multicolored flower."
You could work the colors in any which way you wanted. Like, the body red and the wings be multicolored, just whatever you think would look best.
