In LD it was decided that the items in the casino would be listed in the commons list, since they are items that will remain and unlike the monthly donation items, they will never turn out to be an actual rarity.
Instead we decided to place the ticket value and add it to in the main guide, since the value of the ticket is the one that actually fluctuates, while the price of the items in tickets doesn't. So if you want to value a casino item, go to the ld priceguide, check the casino items section and look at their price, multiply it by the ammount of tickets the casino item you want is valued at the Price and joy and voila! you have your value.
