My Nana/Grandma/Mom's Mom, she lived with me basically my whole life up until I was 17 1/2. She was more of a second mother to me than a grandparent. She had a stroke in July 2007, and was in a nursing home until she passed away December 2007.
She was born June 4th 1929, so Happy Birthday Nana :].
