Sui Juris is a quickly growing port city. Made up mainly of revolutionists.
To be considered a citizen of Sui Juris, one must become a member of the Guild. Being a member of the Guild automatically makes you a citizen of Sui Juris, and allows you all the rights that go with it.
Don't forget the City Lotto. All citizens receive 5 free tickets towards the drawing. But to increase your chances of winning you need to buy a few tickets of your own. Don't worry, the tickets are only 10 gold a piece. It is important to buy at least one ticket however, as the prize increases with every ticket sold. Every week a drawing is held, and then new tickets are open for sale.
