Do you really need to make your own? There are a gazillion of them for free if you just search google.

You will need to find a image hosting site (photobucket) and link to the picture in your blog.

P.S. Gazillion is in the dictionary blaugh

1&2. In photobucket you can upload lots (up to 20 I think) but still a lot of clicking, but not that much waiting. xp

3. If it's 19x19 px you can put it in MSNM. 3nodding

4. Because you want to gather as much info? gonk

I also made my own custom emoticons for MSNM. whee

I've based all my Emoticons off of the Gaian ones, I used Fireworks to edit and create them. smile
