I talked to a friend about this dream, but I'm not 100% she's correct (she's lied to me about things before).
The dream begins with me walking though a dark area; there's skeletons here and there, its dusty with cobwebs, and the walls look like they're made out of stone. I'm walking through and I hear a voice calling me. I reach this room (I can't give details because I don't remember it) and I sense someone's there. Its a man with a canine head; my mind says its a jackal's head, and his body is covered in short black fur, like that of a doberman. He's naked and, before long, we're having sex. After he finishes, I run out of the room towards the exit and I hear him laughing behind me. When I woke up, my mind instantly said that I had been visited by Anubis, but...why would Anubis visit me and why would he have sex with me in a dream? I did my research on Anubis but none of it is making any sense. Other people dream of him, but its nothing like this dream. I would like some help in deciphering this dream so I can let it rest or do something.

Maybe Anubis has just taken a liking to you in particular? I could go into all kinds of vague psychobabble about dream symbolism, but if you're convinced it was in fact Anubis then that's my only conclusion. I'll admit that when you described him, Anubis was who I thought of even before you wrote the name.

Hmm... My only response to this is 'why would Anubis take an interest in me'? It just doesn't make sense to me. >.<

Do you or have you ever had an interest in Anubis? Do you have an "interesting" ancestry? Ever come into contact with people that fit the above criteria?
The other explanation is that it's just your subconscious mind trying to tell you something through symbolism. I sincerely hope that it's not telling you to have sex with an anthropomorphic jackal.
