 La Manche (the sleeve) is the part of the Cein Ocean that separates the island of Meith Foraois from Meon Garan. Plant and marine life is vast in this stretch of water as warm currents gently flow through the islands. This is a great fishing spot as all types of fish can be caught. Many taurs have claimed to see the legendary water taurs dancing on the surface in the moonlight. But most pass them of as old fish taur tales. But deep beneath the waves further then any line or net will reach are strange things most land taurs wouldn't believe. Moses: Hey I'm not strange!Oh Moses you made me loose my train of thought. Moses: any way what do you know about the water world? Nothing. The only time any lander sees us is when a few young ones brake the rules.
Any way we don’t spend all are time under water sometimes we like to back in the sun on a few small islands. How do you get to them? You cant go across land? Moses: *sigh* there are a network of under water tunnels that lead to lagoons in the islands. I, my-self , own one of the lagoons on a smaller island.

 Moses smiled to himself as her found another pearl. popping it into his bag he went in search of more items.
Unlike their surface money wasn't any good here. all items were bought and traded.
He had made a name for himself by braving the deep and collecting some of the rarest shells and pearls.
Not many ventured lower as sharks and even larger monsters lurked in the depths willing to snap up and taur silly enough to try.
That never stopped moses. As he was born with bright vivid colors he never had the option to hid if anything came his way. In this sense he became extra fast. So daring the depts didn't scare him int the least.
Most creatures know by now they couldn't catch him and paid him no mind.
Filling his bag once again he starter the slow swim up the wall of the deep. About half way up there was large opening in the rock face.
Slipping in hes swam through the maze of tunnels. gently lit by the glow of a strange coral that lined the walls.
Swimming upwards he emerged in an under water cave lifting himself onto the slight ledge he sorted through his bag making piles of different items and picking some of the best to take with him. leaving the rest for when he might need it.
Swimming out the way he came he carried on up the wall and swimming out into the Manche. heading towards the town.

 Humming softly to himself Qing Yuan let the sun warm his chest as he floated on the surface.
He knew if his foster mom saw him their would be trouble she only allowed him to go to the surface to get air and then come straight back down again.
But today the sun was most inviting. Rolling over to warm his back Yuan noticed a bright shape moving below him along the wall of the drop off .then it vanished.
Watching the space where it had been seen Yuan waited wondering what it could of been.
Sure enough their it was again and this time it was getting closer moving up the wall.
When the creature swam over the edge he could see it was a Syrin, all be it a very bright Syrin.
Taking one last lung full of air he flicked his tail and descended down towards the bright colored taur

 Eliza swam slowly just under the surface of the water. She liked being up where she could see everything around her. Every once in a while she would spot a yummy looking fish among to coral and seaweed, zip down to snatch it up, then hurry back to the surface. The only place she liked it dark was in the bed nook of her cave.
The silent syrin had just spotted another fish and was about to grab it when a shimmer of silver caught her eye. Forgetting about the fish, her eyes widened with curiosity at the silver male a short distance away. His fins were smoother and any syrin she had met. Her eyes went ahead, following the path the stranger was headed, and easily spotted the bright syrin male. She watched curiously, wondering what the strange one was following the syrin for, and if the syrin knew he was being followed.

Holding his bag tight Moses got the strangest feeling he was being watched.
Slowing slightly he looked around trying to spot anyone.
He almost stopped dead when a shadow passed over head. Spinning in the direction the shadow was being cast from he squinted.
Being in the dark for the best part of the day his eyes weren't adjusted to the light.
Though he couldn't see who it was he noted they were a water taur like himself but he couldn't make out any details.
Waving in a friendly manner he called out a greeting
"Hello my fellow Syrin, My your currents be swift."
descending lower Qing Yuan smiled responding to the greeting "and let your tides remove you troubles."
Stopping in front of the new Syrin. He remembered seeing him briefly when he was younger but thought he had been killed years ago after he vanished with several other syrins.
"Greetings friend I am Qing Yuan, though sadly not a Syrin." he happily said circling him slowly displaying his tail to prove a point.
"Where are you heading?"
Before Qing Yuan could get an answer he noticed something behind him watching them.
"It seems i was not the only one watching you." he chuckled waving happily to the other figure in the water.

Eliza watched with interest. So, that one wasn't a syrin! Then, what was he? She brought her hand to her chest when she was spotted. Now what was she to do? Hesitantly, she took that same hand and waved back at the males, not moving from her spot. Her tail twitched in yearning to make new friends, but her mind hesitated. Her lack of speech made communicating with others difficult... and sometimes frusterating to the other taur.

Airini had never come across this particular inlet before, and out of curiosity, navigated her way past the small islands. She glided smoothly a few metres below the surface of the water, wings moving every so often to propel her further. She turned her head downwards as she swam, then dove suddenly, wings slowly waving a few times to help with the sudden change in angle. She headed towards the bottom, eyes wide and curious, casting a shadow over the seabed that she sailed over. For a few minutes, she swam aimlessly, but something bright and some movement caught her attention, and she stopped suddenly, looking up, and floating in place, trying to make out the details of the other bodies in the water.

Looking over the new comer Moses noticed the although he did look like one of them he was in fact different. But then he had always been called different.
Before he could speak the new taur pointed out another.
Grabbing the other taurs arm Qing Yuan swam towards the other syrin dragging him towards her. Simply happy to meet other taurs.
when he got near he smiled happily.
"Hi I'm Qing Yuan, call me Qing and this is....." he turned to look at the poor syrin he'd dragged with him "Oh i never got you name did i. sorry I'm a bit like that. shooting off my mouth without realising it."
catching his breath after being dragged through the water Moses smiled a warm smile at the other syrin.
"My name is Moses. nice to meet you."

Eliza smiled back when they came over to see her. Quin Yang and Moses. Interesting names. Flicking her tail, she crossed to coral to reach the soft sand on the other side of it and etched her name into the sand for them to see, pointing at the name and back at herself. She straightened up and clenched her hands before her, waiting for the males to realize what this meant.
Looking down at her hands, she thought she saw something deeper in the trenches. Blinked, and it was gone. She frowned slightly with curiosity before looking back up at the dolphin and syrin.
