Additional Comments: I know its a fanfiction but I wanted to do something easy and fun over summer. Its a 'Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog' fanfiction. If you haven't seen it then you should, its only a 45 min movie and its free on Hulu. I am going to call these chapters but in reality they are not really the chapters. It will be more like when I am finished with an arc or a sitting of writing. I hope you enjoy, critiques are always welcome.

Entry 1

"Hello..." A female voice spoke timidly, she continued to stare at the little green button that caught her attention. She blinked a few times almost as if she could form the right words in her head. After a sip of water from the conveniently placed glass and a clearing of the throat she began again. "Hello world," Her purple lips turned into a wicked smile. "Some of you may have seen me around this city before but most haven't. I am the one they call Lynx, no relation to the cat." She waved her hand in the air as is clearing that last sentence like a bad perfume. "I will be the one who will torment the city until I can find what I am looking for. And what I am looking for is a person, he is actually the reason I started this stupid blog." The voluptuous woman spoke, her shoulders deflated and eyes rolled. She tucked a stand of her long wavy purple hair behind her ear. Although the villain had to be careful so she wouldn't smudge the purple makeup lines that extended down her cheek from her eyes. "He is someone I would call a hero, no more like my inspiration." A dreamy look came to her eye as she recalled the man she now talked about. "I guess you are now wondering who I am talking about. His name is Dr. Horrible, and I need to find him."

The woman turned off the camera and shook her head. “This was a stupid idea!” She shouted in anger, a small brown dog who was currently sprawled out on the bed lazily looked at the girl before trying to go back to sleep. “Why do I even bother? Its not like I will ever see him.” She brushed off all further thought and decided to see what else there was she could do. Lynx stood up and fixed her purple and brown corset top, it was annoying having the it split from just under her chest exposing her entire stomach but this was her costume. The purple skirt swished around over the brown skin tight pants as she paced back and forth in thought.

“There has to be something else I can do.” She was getting frustrated at this point. Over the months all that this woman had done, besides work, was trying to figure out a way to find her idol. This was a last resort attempt to try and find him. She sighed and walked toward the door, she left the comfort of her evil headquaters- in other words, her room- and walked out to the kitchen. She grabbed an apple from the fruit dish and started munching, it was a good thing her roommate always wanted to keep fresh produce in the house at all times. This girl was so far lost in thought that in order to snap her out it would take an entire marching band, or just the slamming of the door. When said door slammed, it startled the purple adorned girl into dropping her juicy fruit that she was trying to enjoy.

“Freya, why are you standing in the kitchen?” The new comer asked quizzically.

“Sorry Eve, I was just thinking.” This new girl was named Evelyn Peterson. She was Lynx’s, who is also known by the name Freya, best friend and roommate. Of course they were not room mates in the sense that they shared a room, just a quaint 2 bedroom apartment.

“Yeah, I know what your thinking about again.” She smiled at her old time friend. “Don’t worry, you’ll find him someday.” The brunette girl chuckled before placing the paper grocery bag her had been holding on the counter. The friend removed her large coat and threw it in the direction of the couch. Right away she started picking out the food and placing it in the rightful place within the kitchen. “Cheer up Freya.”

As her name was said Lynx began to gain a bit of hope. It meant the world to her that Eve was being supportive, even though she didn’t necessarily agree with what was going on. It was true that none of Freya’s friends thought what she was doing was right, but at least Eve was the type of person to support a friend no matter what. Freya retreated back into her room and to change. It was getting late and she had work tomorrow. She hung up her villain clothes and placed her very long purple wig back onto the holder on her vanity set. She let her hair out of the cap she had to wear for the wig. The straight black hair fell to her jawbone, it was frizzy and knotted from being under the cap but Freya didn’t care. She decided to ask her best friend about what to do to help with her situation. Any other opinions would be helpful, she would save the blog idea for later. She slipped on a pair of pajama’s and walked back into the main room where her friend finished putting away the last of the groceries.

Freya accompanied Eve in the kitchen, she grabbed a bag of frozen vegetables and placed it in the freezer. The two put the rest of the food away in silence. After Freya leaned against the counter and started to drift off in thought.

“So, any luck?” Eve ventured to ask. Freya blinked twice wondering what she was referring to. Almost as if she was reading the villains mind Eve clarified. “Any luck finding your boyfriend?” A blush spread across the others face, she grabbed the closest thing toward her and threw it at her friend who covered her face while laughing. Luckily it was only an oven mitt that was tossed.

“He’s not my boyfriend. He is my idol and I’ll find him someday. I just need to think of how.” She leaned forward and rested her elbows on the counter. She held up her head on her fists. “Its almost as if he disappeared.”

Eve copied her roommate’s position. “He didn’t disappear. We hear about him on the news all the time. You just haven’t looked hard enough.”

“Or maybe he doesn’t want to be found.”

It was at the moment where a loud knock on the door startled Freya making her head slip from its careful perch and hit the tiled counter. She rubbed her sore jaw as the other girl answered the door.

“Afternoon ladies!” A high pitched voice spoke loud enough to wake the dead. “Wow, what a mess.” The new girl looked at the apartment in disbelief that to people, let alone woman, could actually live here. “Don’t you even clean.”

“No” The pair answered in unison. Evelyn and Freya were so much alike at times it could be scary. Even though they look nothing alike. Freya with her black bob cut hair and miscivious face while Eve had soft brown curls and kind eyes, they were often mistaken for sisters.

“And Freya.” The outsider spoke as she pulled her bleached blonde hair into a pony tail. “It 2 in the afternoon, why are you still in your PJ’s? Don’t you have some type of job.” This new girl was named Jenna Cooper. She was a neighbor of the two girls and it didn’t take long for her to feel right at home with them.

“Don’t you,” She spoke under her breath. “Yes I have a job and today is my day off. I haven’t been in my PJs all day. I just put them back on since the rest of my clothes are dirty.” The last sentence trailed off as she tried to look away from Jenna’s irritated looks.

“Well I was going to do laundry today so you might as well join me.” The blonde swung her designer purse around and she turned and walked to the other side of the apartment.

“Yes, yes mother dear.” Freya rolled her eyes as she spoke. “And you wonder why Mark broke up with you.” She said under her breath, it was almost as if she was a school girl once more talking back to the teacher.

“How did you know Mark and I broke up?” Jenna looked back, her blue eyes filling with water. Eve punched her friend’s arm for three reasons; one for being an idiot, two for being insensitive, and three for almost blowing her secret.

“Ow!” Freya looked at Jenna who was to the point of tears. “What I mean is, we heard... the yelling. We are really sorry, um, but hey there are other fish... and something about a sea.” Jenna seemed convinced enough with the answer. “Anyway, I’ll go fetch my clothes and we will head to the laundry mat.”

Freya ran off to her room before the water works started. Eve on the other hand walked over to Jenna and enveloped her in a hug. That was probably the main difference between the ‘sisters’. One cared too much and the other couldn’t care less.

Entry 2

“You know what? I didn’t even like Mark. He never treated me right, you know” Jenna said as she shoved an ungodly amount of pink clothing into an empty washer. Eve nodded from her perch on top of another washer.

“Yes of course, buying you whatever your heart desired, taking you to dinner, and treating you with respect. I just don’t see why you even bothered.” Freya said sarcastically.

“Right, he was to old fashioned. He didn’t think I could ever support myself.” Jenna slammed the lid closed and sighed. “Besides, he was just keeping me away from my true love.”

“Your true love?” Freya looked back at her friend. “You mean the guy you have never even talked to, the one that has been missing for months?”

“After what he went through I don’t blame him.” Jenna responded snobbishly. Freya looked at her, this was the breaking point. Just as she opened her mouth to yell Eve jumped off her laundry machine throne and grabbed her friends basket.

“Look at that Freya, you didn’t even sort your clothes.” She chuckled and started to throw in the colored clothes while leaving the white ones be. Jenna chuckled as well and started to help as well.

“Freya your clothes are full of dog hair. If you can’t groom the mutt you should just get rid of him.” Jenna spoke without caring for the feelings of the girl. “Its almost as bad as the snake. Gross little thing if you ask me.”

“Well nobody asked!” Freya shouted as she snatched the article of clothing and glared. “Don’t talk about Fenfen and Jordy that way.” Jenna backed away and sat on one of the benches in the place. If it wasn’t apparent by her pets names and her villain name, Freya was a nerd. Well more specifically she was a mythology nerd. She actually graduated with a Mythology degree and now works at a museum. The one thing that Freya was most attracted to in mythology was a God, a God named Loki. She always thought the trouble making God was the most interesting and because of that her knowledge was mainly about Norse Mythology. Her life shows how much she liked Loki. She had a brown, chubby, dachshund who’s name was Fenrir- The name of Loki’s son who was turned into a wolf. She also had a very lazy snake, a ball python, that goes by the name of Jörmungandr- the world serpent and also Loki’s other son. And of that wasn’t enough her last name, Hel, is the name of Loki’s daughter who rules over the place with the matching name. She loved her her pets and always treated them as family. Anyone who hurt her pets would have to deal with her.

The other girls were already sitting and deep in conversation by the time Freya finished and joined them. She didn’t bother trying to figure out what they were going on about, instead she reverted back to a hobby everyone seems to enjoy. People watching. Though since they were here when most normal people were at work hardly anyone was there. A mother and daughter, the young girl was so happy when she was able to read a full page by herself. A man who checked the time on his wrist watch every five seconds and fidgeted when it wasn’t the time he was looking for. There was another person who caught her attention. A blonde man sat on top of one of the tables for folding clothes. His eyes drifted to the door, almost as if he was expecting someone to walk through those doors at any second though his eyes were saddened. Freya could feel the sorrow vibe coming from him. With every second she looked at him, her heart grew more heavy. It was almost to the point where she would shed a tear when she stood up. The man slipped on a faded grey sweatshirt and grabbed what ever was sitting in front of him. He tossed the two containers in the garbage, he looked back once before heading out.

“Isn’t that right Freya?” A high pitched voice asked making her snapped out of her thoughts. Jenna was looking right at her awaiting an answer.

“Wha...?” The woman responded not very eloquently.

“See your hopeless, you don’t listen.” Jenna commented.

“I do when its important.” Freya said as a way to get back. Eve turned around and saw the man Freya had been staring at, she smirked and turned back around. The other continued to fight like school children until the clothes were finished.

Entry 3

Freya sat on her bed, she had just gotten off work. Her dog lay next to her, as close as possible to her leg. Her snake coiled around her neck and wrapped around her right arm, it laid its head in her palm. Her arm was propped up so Jordy was looking eye to eye with her. “What do I do?”

The snake just responded with a flicker of his black tongue and a blink. Freya sighed, "You know you're not much help." She stood up and walked out of her room at a loss. Eve sat on the couch reading a book, her friend sighed but the brunette ignored it. Freya sighed even louder, Eve rolled her eyes and closed her book.

"Something bothering you Freya?" She asked while pretending to really care.

"I don't know what to do. I have no way of finding where Dr. Horrible is, its hopeless." The mythology expert said. She sat on the arm of the couch, looking at her dearest friend.

"Well, maybe you are approaching the problem wrong. You have been trying to find him, maybe you should have him find you." She opened her book and continued reading while Freya sat and thought about this.

The black haired girl's face contorted in thought. This was a different approach, but it would make sense. After all Dr. Horrible is a villain, not only is he the best, but he also belongs to the 'Evil League of Evil'. If she could do something that would peek the ELE's interest then perhaps she could get the attention of the her idol. A smile crossed her face as she realized what must be done. She jumped up off the couch, if her snake weren't so lazy then maybe it would have bite her out of shock.

"I got it!" She yelled making her friend look up in shock. "I will join the ELE. It's foolproof, I will pull of the biggest heist and the League will have no choice but to let me join."

"And how do you propose this will happen." Her friend said not believe anything her friend said.

She sat back down in disappointment. Freya was one person, its not like she had anything special. She wasn't a genius, she couldn't invent and weapons, she didn't have any superpowers, well any that could help. All she had was herself, she took gymnastics all the way through college but its not like that could really help her. "Well there is a jewel that is being transported here, its all the talk of the villains. But no one is daring enough to take it. Maybe that could be just what I need to get their attention." Her mind was adrift once more, "I can see it now..." She trailed off and smiled while her mind wondered.

The bank was quiet, everyone was waiting. Some were fidgeting and looking at the clock every five seconds and others completely calm. The tellers had no expression as hey helped one customer after another. Only the ticking of the clock could be heard. The guards looked like they had something important to do, they stood alert. Out of no where the doors burst open from an explosion. Everyone screamed and dropped to the ground. A large snake slithered in, it was at least 30 ft, it hissed and looked at the people, ready to strike. A large wolf was next to come, he jumped in growling with its fur standing on edge. The people were trying to get away from the deadly and ferocious animals. A mother cried while holding onto her child, many where screaming in fear. One of the guards pointed his gun at them, the wolf tackled him. Two shots where fired and a pool of blood slipped on the floor, The wolf stood up with the blood soaked fur dripping onto the ground. The snake wrapped around the second guard, squeezing as tight as possible. A sickening snap echoed though the bank as the limp body fell onto the floor, spine broken. Lynx was the last to walk in, she held her head up high and smiled.

"The three siblings of Loki reunited to cause our own mischief." Freya spoke, still in her apartment talking to her friend.

"Freya, look at your hand" Eve rolled her eyes, Freya looked at her lazy snake who just yawned. "And look at your feet." She looked at the floor where her fat dog sat wagging his tail and tongue hanging out. "You do Jordy is 2 and half feet and I can punt Fen, right."

"Don't kick my dog!"

"I wasn't-" She slapped her own forehead at the sheer stupidity. "Think about it before you attempt this. This isn't your normal rob a convince store or pickpocket. This is a serious crime. If it doesn't go through, I'm sorry but I can't help you."

Freya nodded and walked into her room, she placed her snake back into its tank. She had to carefully plan this out, Eve maybe a worrier but she was right about this. She started her dress in her villain uniform, as she placed the finishing touches she got a brilliant idea. She grabbed her webcam and turned it to record.

"My name is Lynx, I seek to break the rules and cause havoc to this world! No one can stop me, now that Thor is gone. Badhorse, if you are watching I will have you know that I will be part of the Evil League of Evil. Keep your eyes on me and I expect to hear from you soon."

She finished and posted this on a blog website. She smirked and waited to hear from anyone. Even if she can't get the attention of the ELE she may be able to get a following. Perhaps then it could bring her a step closer to her idol. Now it was time to plan her heist. It wasn't going to be easy but she will walk out of the bank with the jewel, at any cost.

Entry 4

The very next day Freya, dressed as Lynx, was ready to go. She had stayed up extremely late, almost until the son rose. Just to make sure everything was perfect. If she screwed up in any way then it would be her life to pay. She left her apartment quietly, she didn't want her friend to see her like this. Her large black cloak billowed in the wind, the overly baggy hood was up to conceal her face. If people didn't know any better, then she would have been mistaken for the Grim Reaper. Thankfully, that was the look she was going for.

Lynx continued down the street, almost unnoticed. People could be funny at times like this, if they don't want to acknowledge it then they didn't see it. It was simple logic, the kind to accompany a simple life. Lynx stood in front of the large glass doors, her heart raced like a panicked drum. This was the moment, everything she ever wanted was here. If this went bad then she would have to suffer the consequences for the rest of her life, was she willing to do that? The biggest turning point in her life was at these doors, she could walk away and live a normal life or she could go in there and change everything she ever knew about herself. After a huge sigh, Lynx pushed both doors open and smirked. She had never liked a normal life anyway.

"All right! This is a robbery, everyone stay calm." She spoke while heads turned. mMst fell to the floor, others covered their heads, and a few screamed. Thankfully there were only two guards on duty at this time. Each pointed their guns at the crazed woman under the cloak. "Drop your weapon boys, I don't want to hurt anyone." She spoke with a certain arrogance. It sounded like she knew exactly what she was doing and she had done this several times.

This was her secret. Even though she was scared and panicking on the inside, she would never show it. Even though she knew this may be unsuccessful, she still held her head up high and continued. Confidence is the key to success, she always said.

The one on the right scoffed, "Right, listen lady. We have guns, you have nothing. We win." It was almost as if he thought he was talking to someone who was not right, mentally. The other on the left was so pale, it was almost as if he had seen a ghost. He, obviously, was new.

Without another word Lynx reached into her cloak, in one swift motion she pulled a couple of stick like objects out from being hidden in her cloak. The three stick objects automatically joined, end to end, making a staff. But what was most noticeable was the large scythe blade connected to the end. This death-like looking woman actually had a full size scythe hidden on her. The guards took a step back as a reflex. This was knew.

"Like I said, I don't want to hurt anyone." Lynx responded. She normally didn't like to use weapons, but this time she need to. Lynx eyed back and forth, she took a good look at the guards, the one on the right was a stiff as ever but the one on the left was sweating. His gun was shaking ever so slightly, he was scared. Lynx had this robbery in the bag. Quicker then one could react, the villain raced over to the left, she swung her weapon around and hit his left side with the back of the staff. She swung the other end around to hit his right shoulder, he fell to the ground as the other started shooting. Lynx did roll of backflips just to escape the bullets, one grazed her leg ripping her tights with a stinging sensation. A trail of blood started down her leg. She ran toward the other guard who was unconscious on the ground. She reached with her weapon and pulled in the gun with the blade, as if she was using a scoop. She held it up and stood eye to eye with the man while smiling. "You are out of bullets, I am not. I win"

He put down his gun slowly, never once taking his eyes off her. She pointed with the gun, indicating he was to sit on the floor like the rest of the hostages. He did as he was silently instructed. Lynx walked around and hit his head with the end of her gun, just enough to knock him out. She sauntered up to the teller. Everyone she passed had a look up fear in their eyes, she felt such a rush from this fact alone. This was her calling, and she had accepted it proudly.

She tossed and empty bag at the woman who stood in fear behind the stand. No doubt she was pressing the button repeatedly for the cops to come. "Put the Queens Jewel in this."

The woman looked baffled for a second. It was strange, all this work and all the thief was asking for was one jewel. Even if this was some priceless jewel, it would still make sense to ask for ome money. After all money was more useful, in her opinion. Lynx placed a hand on the tellers. "Listen Caroline, I want this to be a quick as possible. Get the jewel for me." The employee was too terrified to move. It was weird to have her name be used to casually by a robber. Lynx closed her eyes for a second, her hand still on the Caroline's. "Its a pity that someone as nice as you has been treated like that in the past. He will get his, but for now be a doll and fetch the jewel."

A look of horror mixed with questioning filled the woman’s face, she ran to the back and unlocked the many safes to get the item in question. Lynx looked around at all the people. One brave girl, she couldn't have been more then a fifteen, had brought out her camera and started taking pictures. Lynx took off her cloak and placed it on the counter, she fixed her long purple hair and wandered over to the girl.

"Are you taking pictures?" She asked, the girl looked terrified. She was convinced that this was the time of her death because she got caught. Lynx lifted up her weapon, the girl closed her eyes and covered her head and she laid on the ground. When nothing happened she looked back up at the robber, She had the scythe across her shoulders with both arms resting on it. "Make sure to get my good side." She smirked a villainous smirk as the girl eagerly clicked away. Lynx changed positions and posed every couple of seconds, almost as if she was a model on a photo shoot and not some crazed woman trying to rob a bank. The teller had returned just as Lynx was satisfied with the pictures, she gave the young girl a handshake before running over to the teller and grabbing the jewel and her cloak. She walked over to the door and turned back.

"Thank you all, you have been great. Caroline make sure to get revenge against Victor. And Susan, I expect to see those on the front page tomorrow morning." She winked and dropped the gun, oh how she hated guns. She ran out the doors as fast as possible.

The villain heard sirens and ducked into the alley a couple of buildings down. A duffel bag was waiting for her in one of the empty trash cans. A few minutes later, as the police whizzed by, a young black haired woman walked down the street with a duffel bag slung over her shoulder. She wore the most victorious of smiles.
