Not off the top of my head, but if you want them, head over to the Fallout wiki (The Vault). They should tell you all the locations there.

Rivet City and a bunker in the DC ruins are the only ones I know lol

I've found a couple in random loot boxes, the old military complexes tend to have some, and within my immediate memory the roach king and five axels each have one.
