Wow. I gotta say, the first thing that popped out to me was the... violence in it. That's not a bad thing.
It just made it really powerful for me. Normally the cliched colors like red and stuff turn me off of a drawing, but you actually seem to know how and where to use them.
As for the leg definition, why not add some shading to specify where exactly the leg is amongst the cloth? Not that it has to be terribly specific, but cloth tends to go in where it's not being supported. Maybe do something like that.
I absolutely love the detailing on the picture, though. It's really very well done. :3
