Although I like the idea, I have to admit that the goal intended sounds a little futile. There is bound to be meanness and unpleasant things that come onto a board. PAWG used to be fairly idillic and almost wholly devoid of nasty complications, and I personally think it's not as bad as people make out now either. The only way to prevent people from being mean or keep unpleasantness out is to only let in a select few, bound to be influenced by personal preference and thus achieving little more than an elitist clump, or to tighten rules and regulations to near totalitarian strictness.
