if you viewed them as both evils then why not vote third party? It isint throwing your vote away, fiscal moderates voting for obama and social conservatives voting for McCain was throwing your vote away there are always more than two on a ballot if you dont care for either of the two main ones

One: I hate the term "throwing your vote away." No matter what your choice is, it was a vote.

Second: I almost went third party, even thought about a write in. But I decided that I would put some faith in Obama, hoping for the best. I thought for a second he wasn't full of it, like every other politician. I actually believed that he could be different. Alas, he wasn't but it is a moot point now.

That works

I had a friend of mine wrote in Sarah Palin. She simply adored her.
Sarah Palin was in a town 30 minutes away from me. I was going to go because it would have been a comedic goldmine there. I wanted to shake her hand or have a picture with her. The price for that was $700.00, for that price I could go to Alaska and bang Bristol Palin. mrgreen

The closest I got to Sarah Palin was making out with a look a like on Halloween.
