There must be at least 4 Student's and 1 Teacher involved with a group to have a club accepted by the Principle of Vise-Principle. Once a club is created they will be assigned a club room. If there are not enough student's to make a club but you still have a teacher for the club the Principle of Vise-Principle will allow you to have a club room.
