I'm hoping that by posting here I'll be able to get this under control but I'm having the most powerful craving for salt and simple carbs EVER.
Like... what I want right now is white rice with margarine on it. And tons of soy sauce. GUH.
What do you do when you have a salt craving?

you could always cook up something healthy, with good carbs, like a bit of whole wheat pasta with salt and olive oil. I'm having a strong urge to EAT EVERYTHING IN SITE at the moment. stressed

Yeah... no, I've had too much already. If I try cooking something it's going to turn into a binging fest. I understand about eating everything in sight. My secondary mode if I've refused to back down to a craving, is the 'eat everything within arm's reach' (using legs to move everything in range) compulsion.
