Below is a simple profile creation template that can be followed, optional.

english or japanese it doesnt matter

A realistic age for you ablity and rank

Rank
Academy student -Chuunin optional, PM mod/crew member for permission for Jounin, pm profile, they will answer within 24 hours.
Kage, etc, must go through the 'A class trials', PM crew member for details or post a thread in main forum area asking for the test.
Missing nin etc, anyone can be this rank optionally.
Affinity/ Chakra Nature:
Up to 2, usually a Bloodline determines a ninja having two, though cases of jounin having two isn't uncommon.
Trait:
Expertism in what field/What your ninja is best at
1 max for Genin-Chuunin
2 max for Jounin Upwards
3 max for Special Jounin/Kage
Values:
Taijutsu - ( How good are you at Hand-to-Hand combat? )
Ninjutsu - ( How good are you at using Chakra and/or Techniques? )
Genjutsu - ( How good are you at using Illusions ? )
(Low = 1 point)
(Medium = 2 points)
(High = 3 points)
Maxmimum of 7 points may be spend on Values
If there is anything else you wish to note on the profile please do so, we suggest you have a Bio. Or a small summary of your past etc.
Whether short or large we'd like some meat on the bones when it comes to the history of your character, maybe listing the equipment of your character and so on.
