((Sorry.. I keep changing who I want to be with sweatdrop There's not many evil doers here soooo I'ma go with them. I will edit this once in awhile, adding new things and such. *Nods* ))
Name: Aria Cassidy
Nickname: Air
Age: 94 (Looks so much younger, maybe 18. )
Sex: Female.
Personality: She's pretty silent at first, but if she's in the mood she'll start talking. If she's told to fight, she'll fight, but only if she knows she'll win, or if it's for training. She usually is the oddball or the girl you'll find drinking alone all the time. She takes her work serious. At some times during battle, she can be a complete sadist.
Bio: She was not really immortal, but she can live for a very long time without really aging, only her hair changes color to the approximate age. She went through a hard time, seeing her parents murdered by assassins and seeing her friends taken away, to be slaves, at age 7. She told herself she would train until she could find a way to get them back, but when she found out where they were, they were already dead. She eventually joined a military group and was made to be the interagator or the torturer. She eventually grew to like the torturing because it made her feel as if she was paying back those people for all the harm they've done. After awhile, the military found no use to her because she was going soft on some of their victoms, so they forced her out. She found work by being a guardian to the weak and unprotected. Mostly troublesome drunks that didn't pay their bartab or stole from a store. She was one of the best, but sometimes, she gave up on some and just left them. She's not much of a person to get to like someone fast because she thinks they'll die somehow and she doesn't want to get hurt again. While she was also going through her trainings, she found a way to heal people. She thinks she got it from inheritance from her family, but who knows? She's also got a knack for controlling wind and air temperature. If she cries, the air gets so cold that it almost starts to snow, if she's happy the air is a nice breeze, if she's mad, there's a blast of air that comes in. She's trying to learn how to just control it on her own, but she's not very good at it.
Skill of expertise: Large healing ability but can only heal others, shooting bows and sword fighting.

Weapons: A light green bow with leaf carvings in the dark wood of it. She has hand made arrows with her at all times. She has a sword that has a dragon shaped hilt.

Profile: Dimtri was born in a small village in Germany, born between a human and a vampire. At age 10 the village people had found out about his "heritage" and sent him to a psychiatric ward in Transylvania where he spent the next 20 years resisting brainwashing to convence him that hes not a vampire. He escaped that wretched place clinically insane. He went to find his father and only found three weapons, two guns, and a sword. Because of his time spent in Transylvania he has a thick Transylvanian accent. And because hes half vampire he has some vampiric abilities, he is however not immortal, and feeds on blood.

Appearance 
Bio: Victoria came from a long line of writers. She herself has been learning the art of artistry. She said good bye to her parents and began her long journey to find her writings. She was warned to keep weapons on her to keep herself safe, but she doesn't believe anything bad will happen to her. She doesn't talk much, very subtle and likes to keep everything secret from people. She taught herself how to fight when her parents weren't at the house and her brothers and sisters were gone playing. She went out into the forest and would put herself in danger on purpose to strengthen herself emotional, physically, and spiritually. She likes to meditate when she can, and she loves the smell of incense. She has an evil side when she needs it, which that causes her to fight and she hates it. She doesn't have a temper, but she can be pushed to her limits. She usually seems like she has no soul, but.. No wait, that's pretty much true. She sticks to her mind and her pet dragon, Kamichi. Kamichi has a way to send mind-waves to someone to have a conversation. The dragon is her best friend so far and she only talks to him. She has a way to get out of torture, she has to just squeeze her thumb and think about the pain in her thumb instead of anything else. It helps calms her down as well. Since she's a writer, she has a very creative mind for her fighting skills and her torturing abilities. But she hasn't tortured anyone yet, but she usually thinks about what she could do to the ones that upset her.
Occupation: She's a quiet artist/poet. An investigator.
Weapons: Two swords at her belt and a dagger under each sleeve. And a small hand gun in her bosom.

Strengths: She can stay calm during a situation, very good at hiding her emotions.
Pet Peeves: She can deal with anyone, except for those who have too much power to where she can't defeat them in a million years. She hates pervs.

Weaknesses: She has a huge soft spot for affection. Any form, usually just being held. In the middle of a fight, if someone randomly comes up to her and hugs her, she'll stop and hug that person back, and hold onto them until they let go.

Bio: Damien never really knew where he came from or his parents, But one thing hes always known, is how to rock. Hes heard storys about how he has a power brewing inside him but he never really believed it, They all say hes part demon and destined to destroy the world, although that sounds cool, he always renounces them as a loon, even though theyre right. He has sort of a temper when it comes to most things, he keeps to himself most of the time, he has a deep sensual voice and trys to keep his cool while talking to someone, and really does enjoy their company, although he doesn't show it.

Skill of expertise: none in particular, being a well rounded individual, he is skilled in most things he tries, not being the best but being able to always do above the norm.
Bio: Kaiden was always a very smart kid. Being born into a race of peculiar individuals, he was never quite normal. As a child, Kaiden had no self control of his spiritual pressure, and because of that, anything close to him was influenced by his increasing power, which made it hard for him to make friends. As he became older, his parents reviled the dark secrets of his race, of his non human prowess, and how to exploit these powers to the greatest of uses. Kaiden soon mastered all forms of his powers, weather it be speed, power, stamina, or intelligence. Now at the age of 17, he has taken 10 years to master these powers in the abyss of darkness, and now returns to the real world of darkness to claim his place of power, as a leader of nations.
Weapons: Eta-naru Kuragari(Eternal Darkness) A blade that, when called its true name, will release itself. In its released form, the blade can gather light into itself, much like a black hole, creating an adverse affect on the world around itself, in a small radius of 300 meters squared. The area around itself becomes very dark, light the sun has been blocked out by very dark clouds, almost a haze like affect. This darkness eats away at all spirit energy and elemental attacks formed by a manifestation of unearthly power, converting it into reiatsu which becomes adsorbed into the blade again. When enough energy is gathered in the blade, it can then eject the energy as pure reiatsu light, that can cut through the haze for optimal power. As light energy in the purest form, it is extremely fast and potent, seeming to burn up anything in its way until nothing is left.
Abilities: As a Vizor, he can use a swift force of summoned spirit pressure called a Cero, which looks like red electricity that fires from the hand when jabbed forward. Long range and very dangerous if hit multiple times, as it slows the nerves and saps the body of energy.
He can also use something called a Sonido, which is when the body gathers reiatsu around itself and forces it in one direction, making a large screeching sound as the body is pushed in the other direction, moving faster than sound and almost as fast as light, as the Sonido's energy is visible .48 seconds after the action.
Special Abilities: Holification - A technique in which Kaiden gathers a massive amount of dark matter around his body, which is comprised of reiatsu and zero mass, which is pushed into his body, forming odd deformities around his head that looks like horns, as well as his eyes, causing them to change color, and the energy released from his body usually rips and tethers his upper shirts, as they are not as tight woven as pants. The Holified body upgrades already existing abilities by nearly 100 fold, but taxes the body, and once reverted will cause dizziness and blackouts depending on depletion.

Appearance 
Occupation Leader of the Evil city.
Weapons: A metal shovel, both ends are pretty sharp. She also has water balloons filled with toxic acid, but the balloons only pop if thrown at the target.
Abilities: Speed, strength, and the ability to use a shovel and a pretty kick-a** weapon. Her wings help her fly and is used for a shield to protect her face and her chest area and whatever is behind her.
Special Abilities:
Conjuring:
Able to conjure up her acid balloons and shovel at any time unless impossible circumstances.
Roses:
She uses red, white, and black roses only if someone is injured, about to die, or is dead.
The red rose is for those who are injured with non-mortal wounds.
The white rose is for those who are close to death.
And the black rose is for those who died, but she can't bring them back with that rose. She just likes to put a black rose on the person's body for respect.
Black out: The marks on her body cover her completely when she's close to death to give her a huge energy boost to kick some a**. If she wins or is away from danger, she won't remember a thing. Her eyes also change to black. Her fingers change to a sharp point and a red tail pops out from her lower spine to keep her balanced. In other words, she pretty much goes berserk.
Strengths: Friendliness, her guardian-like attitude.
Pet Peeves: People who don't follow orders like their suppose to.
Pet: None.
Side: Evil
Bio: Alureah was chosen to be the leader of the evil city, and now she has become to love the city with her entire heart. She's probably the friendliest leader you'll ever meet, but she's also the most viscous. She's got that guardian-attitude about her, protecting the soldiers of her city. She never really thought about using other weapons like katanas, bazookas, or other fancy weapons. Water ballons and a shovel has pretty much gotten her far in life.

Weapons:
Seele machen (Soul Render): His sword, it does not have a true form, it can be transmuted into any blade weapon imaginable, he usually keeps it as a dagger and keeps it in his coat pocket.
Silber Tod (Silver Death): His gun, same as his sword, can be transformed into any gun you can think of, his keeps it as a small revolver and in his coat pocket.
Abilities: Able to grow electric tentacle from his back, doesn't do it too often however, its not very attractive.
Special Abilities: He can make himself appear to be any body he want's to, all he has to do is look at you and he can make himself look exactly like you, but he cannot mimic your powers, only your look, and weapons.
Pet Peeves: Ignorant piss-ants

Weaknesses: If anyone were to figure out his true identity, I.E. see his face and know his name, he would lose his powers of shape shifting.

Bio: DD never knew where he came from, just that he's always been able to look like all the other kids, for as long as he's been able to remember, he's had the mask that he wears, he is a very sophisticated person, always wearing some sort of suit, he likes to mix it up sometime and wear casual outfits however, he is very crazy, always making jokes and bouncing off the walls, some would say he's clinically insane, he is almost always happy, he can get angry, and when he does, stand back.
