Well, I could almost handle putting together something like this is given the resources:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OLzOrik5YJ8*the clouds and 3d rotation stuff in the sky aren't done just in flash. I think it's in a common video editing program.
But the way the character moves- well, with your style I think I could make characters almost just recreate the stuff you draw with all the individual pieces it would need.
Well, that may be pushing the limits of my experience animating ragdoll joints- and waves/ripples going through material are also probably not going to turn out very well in any complex material
But sparks and things? Ya, just gimme a good description of how they should behave (Flash at the collisions point? Little stars that fall?) and I can handle that kind of stuff.

I'd be interested, but I don't have a flash program, sorry.
Know any good free ones?

Adobe Flash is free to use for 30 days (read:trial) and... well, a lot of people choose to pirate adobe software since it's expensive and they just want to screw around.
I won't tell you how to do that but 30 days is plenty to play around with the trial software since it's got full functionality but just with that time limit on it.
*is running a virtual machine/layer on your computer with the program so you can confuse it about how long it has been installed/if it has been installed before very... persecutable? Come to think of it I think the cleaner utility they have on their site removes all of the stuff that would lock you out of "another free trial" anyway.
