Band of Brothers is a ten part television series by HBO that follows the 101st Airborne Division (also known as Easy Company) throughout World War II. It's directed, produced, and partially written by Steven Spielberg and Tom Hanks. Just wondering- has anyone here seen or heard of it? To be honest, it's what sparked my interest in joining the military! What did YOU think of it?

I thought Band of Brothers was simply amazing. A accurate and heart chilling(and warming) look into some of the bravest men ever. I hope the new one called Pacific, will be just as good.

I also hope that they do a modern version. That would be cool.

band of brothers is one of the best war movies that ive seen. i just dont get why the captin lost easy company

I'll agree to that!! although i still like saving Pvt Ryan.. but BOB is way better.
could watch every disc 3x in a row w/o a bathroom break.

I love Band of Brothers! that was what originally inspired me too! Then i started researching the military and got interested and DAMN PATRIOTIC! Although I do also like Full Metal Jacket and Saving Pvt Ryan
