I've beaten it on hard, and if you want a challenge try the "brass balls" achievement. Go through the entire game without using the vita chambers.

I have beaten it once on medium and once on hard for the two separate endings.

first i defeated medium when i first got the gane then easy then Hard and i unlocked all the endings on each diffuctly
