I am trying to make my avi look like a splicer, but I am having no luck finding a mask help?

there is an item called Picolitrosso's Urn and there is a splicer mask like this but white and its about 300k

I would say that the closest you could get to a Splicer's mask would be the Picolitrosso's Urn, but the item looks too fancy and clean, whereas a splicer is all dirty and messed up. (Spliced up?)

Sander Cohen would be the easiest splicer to pull off because his outfit is not only cheap and accessible, but so is his weapon. Therefore, the previously posted avatar is my #1 choice.
