I think Naruto win but since he did have the kyuubi resealed by the fourth hokage, I guess it would be a tie in skills. But I do think Naruto would win. Since the Sharingan does use a lot of chakra.

accually i think they will both lose because of sasuke's new eyes are as strong as madara if not stronger, but naruto with his sage mode and ninetail fox release so i think it is even.

naruto...but i read the last chapter and sasuke had Itachi's sharingan inserted into his own so the ral battle would be....Naruto(nine tails sage mode) vs. sasuke(Ultimate Mangekyo sharingan) who would win that battle?

Under those conditions Sasuke because until Naruto learns to control Kyubi Naruto can't use it against Sasuke as shown in the 2nd shipuden arc. However in an all out fight it's too close to call. It end up Sasunoo vs sage mode. Sasuke can't use lighting jutsu without leaving him open to resenshiruken however if Naruto just uses that Sasuke could counter with fire. It might be different if Naruto knew more wind moves. I doubt Sasunoo's arrows would hit Naruto in sage mode but that doesn't mean Naruto can hit through it's defences. I'm leaning towards Sasuke but when they do fight Sasuke will have new eyes and Naruto will have a perfected tailed cloak and possibly full Kyubi mode. And who knows what else they'll know.
