Chad would pulverize Krillan, but let him live, cuuz he's a good guy
Grimmjow would totally destroy Vegeta
What about in a match between Goku vs. Ichigo?

Hm, from what I know of Grim, I wouldn't rate him highly. After all Vegeta isn't bound by the same laws of physics and can easily surpass him. Movement, strength, technique, Vegeta has much more simple techniques and therefore much more effective.
Of course the difference between Chad and Krillan is obvious, but there's a display of strength that Krillan can show which ranks him far above what we have so far seen of Chad's potential.
In a fight between Goku and Ichigo it will be down to raw strength and potential to learn from the other. Ichigo doesn't have the physical power of Goku, but Goku doesn't have the level of potential growth that Ichigo can develop. Not bound by the same rules of physics again, make this fight somewhat easier on Ichigo depending on where they fight. After all, Goku wouldn't put up much of a fight in the spiritual world, not compared to Ichigo.
