What do you think of a girl going out with a younger guy? and vice versa?
My friend is wondering. He likes someone older.

Vēnī, vīdī, vīcī I think it's perfectly fine. My girlfriend is older than me. It shouldn't be a problem unless they make it a problem. Ya know? I came, I saw, I conquered.

Well I've been with a guy that is a couple months younger than me. Like 8 months. So that's not really a big deal I think.
Then messed around with a guy 5 years older than me but didn't take it serious. I felt the age difference was too much.. plus some other stuff. :/

It depends on the age difference. If its like 1-2 years difference in high school it can work out. In regular life if its like 1-10 years it can kinda work out. But if its like 30-40 years different its kinda hard and creepy.

Love is love. Age shouldn't matter, unless there's a massive difference. Then you're just a gold-digger. mad

I'm dating a guy 2 years older than me, I've always had a rule that any guy I date has to be at least a year older than me.
it feels weird to date someone my age or younger. Awkward and such.
But yeah,
for the record,
age is just a number that tells you when you can legally screw.

I think it's fine to date younger people.
But personally since I am 23 there is no way I would date a guy younger than 21 at this point. They're still just too immature for my taste.
Plus I would like a guy who could take me out and do stuff and shared similiar experiances and such.

My boyfriens and I both think it's ok as long as both are out/in of high school. I know I my boyfriend is 9 years younger than I am.

As long as all parties involved are mature enough for the relationship, it's ok, but, of course, there are exceptions ie: 34 year old guy/girl going out with someone who is barely legal minor, then that line shouldn't be crossed. 3nodding

Depends on age. When they're in they're both in their 20's or 30's it's ok to be 10 years apart. But when They're in their teens they should only be 1 or 2 years apart.
Otherwise it doesn't matter whos older or younger smile

I personally don't go out with guys younger than me, and I only go out with ones around my age if they are mature. My first serious boyfriend was 23 and I was 17 at the time, my second and last current serious relationship my boyfriend was 21 and I was 18/19 when we went out. But really age is just a number, if you are comfortable and in love, be happy.

I think it's okay as long as it's not like a huge age gap.
