Not really all that surprised, The Da Vinci Code was much the same.

Angels and Demons was a great movie sure the beginning was alittle slow but the rest of it was awesome. A bit different than the book but good the same

whaaaaaat?
I thought I was a fantastic movie. I also loved Tom Hanks as Robert Langdon.
I can see where you might have found it slow at times, though. I guess you have to be into art to really appreciate the "slow" parts.
