I agree with EuricyDrewOwen. I had problems like this on neopets, only it was worse. This one person was getting away with murder by doing rude things to peple at the guild I was in and the people in charge did nothing about it. It wasn't until I stated my case just the right way, that they started to do something.
If you want to know, I'll PM what I did to you.
I feel that putting it into a way to convince them that this situation is serious would make them take true action towards your case.
I think you should probably use EuricyDrewOwen's reasoning (the guild power).
BTW, do you know who did this crap to you?

I did. I found out that I didn't need my password and what not. I just hope to get something out of it soon. If anything I want to be able to get onto that account and delete everything, snag some of my stuff and switch the ownersip to this account
